On that first “Palm Sunday,” Jesus entered Jerusalem, as had been prophesied, on a donkey. He presented himself to the people of Israel as their king. The crowd praised him and he accepted their praise as appropriate, even telling the religious leaders that if the people were to refrain from praising him, even the rocks would cry out! Yet, was their praise genuine? Did it come from belief in who he was? This message looks at the Biblical account of the triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
