False teachers may have a variety of motives including a desire to brag over how many people they can influence to their way of thinking or behaving.  The apostle Paul had no such motive, instead he found his boast in this: It’s the cross of Jesus Christ.  The cross makes all the difference!  It gives life to the dead, and  transforms rebellious sinners into God’s children.  It’s the cross of Jesus Christ that is the only remedy for people today.  It’s the cross of Jesus Christ that is hope for tomorrow!
